To ensure proper coverage for your goods during air transportation and facilitate claims processing in case of incidents, please prepare the following documents:

  1. Original air waybill (master copy)
  2. Original insurance policy
  3. Damage or loss certificate issued by the airline, including supporting documentation and photographs from the local insurance company specified in the policy
  4. Original packing list and commercial invoice

Required Information for Insurance Processing

A. Insured Party Information: Provide the complete registered company name of the insured.

B. Shipping Marks: If applicable, include detailed shipping marks.

C. Packaging and Quantity: Specify packaging types and quantities in detail. For fragile items, notify the insurer in advance and follow their packaging requirements.

D. Description of Goods: Provide comprehensive details including English and Chinese product names, plus any special or additional designations.
