Users can now generate reports focusing on specific metrics without manually processing raw data. The feature is accessible through the seller center under "Advertising Management" > "Advertising Reports" > "Custom Report."
Creating Custom Reports
The reporting process involves four key steps:
- Select report type: Choose between keyword conversion, product conversion, or customer reach reports
- Configure metrics: Select relevant performance indicators from available options
- Set parameters: Define date ranges, campaign filters, and other criteria
- Download or save: Generate immediate reports or save templates for recurring use
Report Types and Key Metrics
Coupang offers three specialized report formats:
1. Keyword Conversion Reports
Analyzes search term performance including impressions, clicks, click-through rate (CTR), orders, conversion sales, and Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS).
2. Product Conversion Reports
Evaluates advertised product performance with metrics like impressions, clicks, CTR, orders, and conversion sales.

The reporting system tracks both short-term (1-day) and long-term (14-day) attribution windows for key indicators:
