From May 9 to 20, 2022, a two-week Leadership and Management Development (LMD) workshop was successfully conducted in Guatemala City. The initiative, led by Guatemala's Tax Administration (SAT) with support from Switzerland's State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and the World Customs Organization (WCO) Global Trade Facilitation Program, brought together department heads, unit supervisors, and customs managers from Guatemala's Customs Administration.
