The newly acquired facility at 475 Terminal Street occupies 11 acres and features 85 less-than-truckload (LTL) dock doors. Currently undergoing comprehensive renovations, the center will modernize office spaces, loading docks, and fleet maintenance areas to meet growing operational demands.

John Luciani, Chief Operating Officer of LTL Solutions at A. Duie Pyle, described the acquisition as "an opportunistic move following the Yellow/New Penn closure." The location's proximity to I-83 and US-11 highways provides critical transportation access for serving central Pennsylvania and Northeast regional markets.

"Our existing York facility faced capacity constraints," Luciani explained. "When the Camp Hill terminal became available, we recognized its strategic value for supporting our integrated service model of LTL, warehousing, and dedicated transportation solutions."

The Camp Hill operation has already created 64 new jobs, including 35 drivers, 18 dockworkers, 5 fleet technicians, and 6 management positions. Company officials project staffing will exceed 150 employees by year's end, significantly contributing to local economic development.
