Managing inland transportation logistics no longer needs to be a source of frustration. With just a few simple steps, shippers can now access comprehensive details about their cargo movements and stay informed about real-time updates.
Step 1: Access Your Maersk Account
Begin by navigating to the Maersk official website. Locate the account icon (typically displayed as a user profile symbol) in the top-right corner of the page. Select "Login" and enter your credentials. New users must complete the registration process before proceeding.
Step 2: Locate Your Shipment
After successful login, you will be directed to your Maersk Hub dashboard. The shipment tracking function can be accessed through the search field labeled "Track Shipment." Enter relevant reference information such as your bill of lading number or booking reference, then initiate the search to retrieve your cargo details.
Step 3: Navigate to Shipment Details
The search results will display the "Shipment Details" page, also referred to as the "Shipment Binder." This comprehensive overview presents all critical transportation information including current status, estimated time of arrival, and historical movement data.
Step 4: Access Container Information
Within the Shipment Details interface, select the "Containers" tab to view all containers associated with your shipment. Detailed specifications for individual containers can be accessed by selecting the "View Details" option corresponding to each container unit.
Step 5: Review Transportation Instructions
The container details page includes a dedicated "Transport Instructions" section containing specific logistics information such as loading/unloading locations and transportation methods. Careful review of these details is recommended to verify accuracy.
