These quoted rates apply to general cargo and include:
- Ground handling fees
- Fuel surcharges
- Security surcharges
The chargeable weight is determined by actual measurements and weighing upon warehouse arrival. For lightweight cargo, the calculation follows this formula: (Length × Width × Height in CM) ÷ 6000.
Important exclusions from the quoted prices:
- Customs clearance fees (¥250 per shipment)
- Bill of lading fees (¥50 per shipment)
- ENS (for European routes) and AMS (for US routes) fees (¥50 per shipment each)
Additional charges to note:
- A ¥150 handling fee applies for shipments weighing less than 45KG
- Operational expenses including forklift services, packaging, pallets, inspection fees, and pickup charges will be reimbursed at actual cost
- Labeling and weighing fees are not included in the quoted prices
