- For individual recipients: Valid identification must be presented, and recipients must provide signature confirmation at the collection point.
- For authorized representatives: Both the recipient's and representative's identification documents must be shown, with the representative signing to acknowledge collection.
- Accepted identification documents include: National ID cards, household registration documents, military/police IDs, Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macao residents, passports, and driver's licenses. Special circumstances will be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
